  I first used Aj's in early 2014 when looking for a good on-location lighting setup & was immediately impressed by their friendly and personal service. I was able to test the kit I was interested in on the spot & get plenty of information from Andrew. I ended up buying the Profoto B1 location kit. Since then I have added various light modifiers, all purchased through Aj's either at the shop or at the photography show. They always seem to have everything in stock, which is handy sometimes. Kit is only half the deal & to me service is at least 50% of the true value of a purchase. I had a couple of warranty issues along the way & most recently some accidental damage to kit. AJ's gave fantastic service on all 3 occasions. It is also impossible to enter the office without being offered a coffee, which gets a thumbs up from me! I would not buy my lighting kit from anywhere else now.

  I recently dropped a Profoto B1 and needed spare parts urgently. I rang Andrew at AJ's Studio and they are shipping the goods out in time for my next shoot! First rate service, lovely gentleman and actually slightly cheaper than some of their competition. From now on I wont be going anywhere else for Profoto supplies. Graham Davies Photography
